Cancellation & Refunds

Effective date: 2025-11-05

Overview

This policy explains how subscription cancellations work and when refunds may be issued. It applies to purchases made through our online billing system. Payments are processed by our payment gateway (currently Razorpay).

Cancellation

  • You may cancel your subscription at any time from the billing page. Cancellation stops future renewals.
  • Your access remains active until the end of the current paid term. No additional charges will occur after cancellation.
  • For annual or semi-annual plans, cancellation prevents the next cycle renewal. The current cycle continues to its end date.

Refunds

  • Duplicate or accidental multiple charges: eligible for a full refund of the duplicate amounts.
  • Service availability issues: if a confirmed technical incident prevents access for more than 48 consecutive hours, we may provide a prorated credit or refund for the affected period.
  • Window to request: refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of the charge date.
  • Refunds are returned to the original payment method where possible, subject to gateway and bank timelines.

How to Request

  1. Email support with your school name, registered email, order ID/payment ID, and a brief explanation.
  2. We acknowledge your request within 1–2 business days. Most reviews complete within 3–5 business days.
  3. If approved, refunds are initiated promptly. Bank posting may take 5–10 business days (varies by bank).

Exceptions

  • One‑time setup, implementation, or training fees are non‑refundable once delivered.
  • Abuse, policy violations, or fraudulent activity may void eligibility.
  • Where prohibited by law or contract, some refunds may not be available.
