Planzr is a SaaS platform for schools. We are committed to protecting the personal information processed through our platform. This Policy describes what we collect, how we use it, and the choices available to you.

Data We Collect

• Account & profile: names, emails, usernames, roles, associated school details.
• Operational: classes, teachers, timetables, attendance, marks/results, notifications—content created by your school.
• Device & usage: log events, timestamps, IP (approximate), browser/OS metadata for security and diagnostics.
• Payments: order IDs, payment IDs, amounts and status from our payment gateway. We do not store full card numbers.
• Communications: messages you send to support, and your preferences.

How We Use Data

• Provide and operate the Service and its features for your school.
• Secure the Service, prevent abuse, and troubleshoot issues.
• Improve performance, reliability, and user experience.
• Process payments, receipts, and subscription status.
• Comply with legal requirements and enforce policies.

Sharing & Processors

We do not sell personal data. We may share limited data with trusted processors strictly to deliver the Service (e.g., hosting, email, analytics, payments). These processors are bound by contracts and act on our instructions.

Security

We apply administrative, organizational, and technical measures (least privilege, encryption in transit, access controls). No system is 100% secure; we continually harden our safeguards and monitor for abuse.

Retention

We retain personal data for as long as necessary to provide the Service and meet legal obligations. When no longer required, we delete or irreversibly anonymize it.
