Overview

These Terms & Conditions (the “Terms”) govern your access to and use of Planzr, a software-as-a-service platform for schools (the “Service”). By using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

“You” refers to the school or organization that entered into these Terms and the users it authorizes. “We”, “us”, and “Planzr” refer to the operator of the Service.

Accounts & Access

• Administrators invite and manage users for their school. You are responsible for the activity that occurs under your accounts.
• Keep credentials confidential, use strong passwords, and notify us promptly of any suspected compromise.
• Provide accurate information and keep it up to date. We may suspend access for policy or security violations.

Payments & Subscriptions

• Paid plans are billed at the prices shown on the billing page, plus applicable taxes.
• Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date. You can cancel anytime from the billing page; access remains available until the end of the paid term.
• Payments are processed by our payment gateway (currently Razorpay). We do not store full card details.
• Refunds are governed by our Cancellation & Refunds policy.

Acceptable Use

• Do not attempt to disrupt, overload, or circumvent the Service, or access it using methods not provided by us.
• Do not upload unlawful, harmful, infringing, or confidential content without authorization.
• Respect privacy when processing student and staff data and comply with applicable laws and school policies.

Intellectual Property

The Service and all materials therein are owned by Planzr or its licensors and are protected by applicable IP laws. Subject to these Terms and payment of fees, you receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to access and use the Service for your internal educational purposes.

Suspension & Termination

We may suspend or terminate access where required by law, for security reasons, or for violations of these Terms or policies. You may stop using the Service at any time. Some obligations survive termination (e.g., fees due, confidentiality, IP restrictions).

Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”. We disclaim all warranties to the fullest extent permitted by law, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error‑free operation.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Planzr shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, nor for lost profits, revenues, data, or business opportunities. Our aggregate liability under these Terms is limited to the fees paid by you for the three (3) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts having jurisdiction in India will have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes.

Changes to the Terms

We may update these Terms periodically. Material changes will be notified in the Service or by email. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
